To Me, Christianity

Christianity is not just 
a religion 
Christianity is not just 
a crutch 
to get me through 
Christianity is not just 
a church 
Christianity is not just 
a belief 

Christianity is 
knowledge 
Christianity is 
seeing God 
everywhere 
Christianity is 
a lifestyle of love 
Christianity is 
a purpose 
a reason for living 
for fighting to get through 

While I may go to church every Sunday, 
church is not everything to me. 
While I may share my beliefs and experiences, 
I am not here to judge others or convert them 
I am here to share God with others 
others who may never have heard of God before 
While many may think I am crazy for believing in something unseen, 
I have seen enough to believe and know 
Faith is the essence of my life 
While I may be only one person, 
with God I can do anything 
including making a difference in the world 
We are not only supposed to be here 
and gone the next 
without leaving a mark 

With God, the impossible is possible 
With God, dreams turn into reality 
Wth God, hope is alive 
With God, my life will count
